Everything is produced in-house in Bandung — from fiber to sheet — and made to the weight, width and thickness you specify.

Padding

60–400 g/m² · Width 150–300 cm

Soft fiber filling material provides warmth and volume and is used for various purposes.

Main applications: jackets, bags, bedding (blankets, pillows, mattress protectors), sofas, car seats, plush toys.

Hard Padding

150–2,600 g/m² · 10–100 mm thick

A safe alternative to foam with excellent air circulation, superior elasticity and shape retention. Free from chemicals.

Main applications: mattresses, pillows, car parts, furniture, sports protective gear.

Carded Fiber

Regular · Siliconized · Micro · HCF · HCSF

Synthetic fiber made from polyester, providing a soft and cushioned feel — from soft and well-volumed to specialized functions.

Main applications: pillows, plush toys, seat cushions, bedding, filters.

Insulation

300–1,500 g/m² · 10–50 mm · Alu 20–40 µm

Installed on roofs and interior walls to effectively block heat and sound, while being easy to install. Roll or sheet form.

Main applications: buildings (walls, ceilings), industrial facilities, cooling equipment.

Felt

150–600 g/m² · Width 100–210 cm · 1.5–6 mm

Also known as needle punch, used in road construction, the construction industry and filters, as well as for carpets and mattresses.

Main applications: carpet underlay, agriculture, geotextiles, car interiors, musical instrument components, crafts.

Anti-Slip

Felt 150–600 · Spunbond 50–75 g/m² · 150–220 cm

Attached to the bottom of carpets or mattresses to prevent slipping and enhance safety. Dot patterns can be customized.

Main applications: carpets, mattresses, bath mats, prayer rugs, sports equipment.

Quilting

Chain stitch · Lock stitch · Ultrasonic · Custom patterns

Stitching padding and hard padding together in various patterns — chain stitching, lock stitching or ultrasonic — enhances both the functionality and aesthetics of the product.

Main applications: clothing, bedding, bags, carpets, accessories.

Bonding & Laminating

Fabric + hard padding / foam · MOQ 1 roll

Combining fabric with hard padding or foam using body-safe materials to merge the advantages of both materials.

Main applications: clothing, carpets, prayer rugs, car interiors, building materials, packaging.
