Production process
Non-wovens are not woven — the fibers are aligned and then bonded with heat, a binder, or needling. Every step below runs at our plant in Terusan Nanjung, Bandung, so weight, thickness and lead time stay under our control.
POLYESTER STAPLE FIBER · RECYCLED PSF · REGULAR · SILICONIZED · MICRO · HCF · HCSF
Every product starts with polyester fiber. We select the best raw material available globally, including recycled fiber from certified suppliers. The fiber type sets the final character: micro for a fine hand, siliconized for softness and loft, hollow conjugate (HCF) for volume and air circulation.
FIBER OPENED · ALIGNED · LAYERED INTO A WEB
The carding machine opens the fiber clumps, cleans them and aligns each strand into a thin sheet called a web. Webs are layered until the requested weight is reached — from 60 g/m² for jacket padding to 2,600 g/m² for mattress hard padding.
THERMAL BONDING · CHEMICAL BONDING · NEEDLE PUNCH
The web is bonded into a sheet in three ways. Thermal bonding melts binder fibers with heat — giving padding and hard padding that is chemical-free, elastic and breathable. Chemical bonding uses a liquid binder for certain paddings. Needle punch drives thousands of barbed needles through the web so the fibers lock together — producing dense felt of 150–600 g/m² for carpet, geotextile and acoustic layers.
CHAIN STITCH · LOCK STITCH · ULTRASONIC · CUSTOM PATTERN · MOQ 1 ROLL
Padding and hard padding are stitched together with fabric in various patterns — improving both function and looks for mattress protectors, bed covers, jackets and bags. We run chain stitching (fast and elastic, for high-volume bedding) and lock stitching (neat and strong, for premium products). For thread-free patterns, ultrasonic machines fuse the layers with high-frequency vibration. Custom patterns to order.
FABRIC + HARD PADDING · FABRIC + FOAM · BODY-SAFE ADHESIVES · ALU FACING 20–40 µm (INSULATION) · ANTI-SLIP DOTS
Fabric is combined with hard padding or foam using body-safe materials, merging the advantages of both. Insulation receives aluminium facing on one or both sides to reflect heat. Felt and spunbond get anti-slip dots so rugs, mattresses and prayer mats stay in place — dot patterns can be customized by order quantity.

Every roll is checked for weight, thickness and width before winding and lot labelling. External testing is carried out by Intertek (flammability, flame-retardant, RoHS), Bureau Veritas (California TB 117-2013) and BBSPJI Tekstil (tensile strength). Stock ships in 1–2 business days, made-to-order in 7–14 business days, across Indonesia and for export.
