60–400 g/m² · Width 150–300 cmSoft fiber filling material provides warmth and volume and is used for various purposes.

Regular · Siliconized · Micro · HCF · HCSFSynthetic fiber made from polyester, providing a soft and cushioned feel — from soft and well-volumed to specialized functions.

04Insulation
300–1,500 g/m² · 10–50 mm · Alu 20–40 µmInstalled on roofs and interior walls to effectively block heat and sound, while being easy to install. Roll or sheet form.

We offer OEM services for bedding products. Using high-quality in-house raw materials, we manufacture a wide range of home interior products such as blankets, pillows, bolsters, mattress protectors, mattresses and more. By producing our own raw materials we can offer high-quality products at reasonable prices — with separate production lines for budget and premium products.

What is Greenlon's minimum order?
From 100 kg for padding, hard padding, carded fiber, felt, insulation and anti-slip; from 1 roll for quilting and bonding & laminating. Samples available.
How long is the lead time?
Stock items ship in 1–2 business days. Made-to-order (custom weight, width, color) takes 7–14 business days. We deliver across Indonesia and export.
Can you produce to my specification?
Yes. Every product is made to the weight, width, thickness and color you request — for example padding 60–400 g/m² or hard padding 150–2,600 g/m².
Is Greenlon a direct factory or a trading company?
A direct factory. PT. Greenlon Indonesia manufactures all its non-woven materials at its own plant in Terusan Nanjung, Bandung, since 2006 — ISO 9001:2015 certified.
Which certifications and tests do you hold?
ISO 9001:2015 (JIN-1032), Intertek tests (flammability, flame-retardant, RoHS), Bureau Veritas (California TB 117-2013), BBSPJI Tekstil (tensile strength), and recycled PSF from certified suppliers.
Do you take OEM orders for finished bedding?
Yes. Blankets, pillows, bolsters, mattress protectors and mattresses are produced OEM at a separate factory dedicated to bedding, using our own raw materials and export quality standards, on budget and premium lines.
